Getting to Snowbird

By Air....

ITS, a division of Conferon, will serve as the official travel coordinator for Botany 2004. ITS will provide custom itineraries with the best routing and journey time available. Log-on here to make air travel reservations through ITS


Fly on the official airline Delta Air Lines and save on special discounts unavailable to the general public.

  • Delta offers a 10% discount off the lowest applicable published fare when you book and ticket 60 days or
    more prior to travel. Save 5% off the lowest applicable published fare when you book within 59 days of travel. Booking classes A, D, I, U and T are not eligible for the meeting discount. Applicable restrictions must be met.
  • Special round-trip Delta Zone Fares are also available on Delta and Song. Two day minimum stay; no Saturday night stay required. Only seven day advance reservations and ticketing.
  • Full mileage credit for frequent flyer club members.

Airport Transfers....

Botany 2004 has arranged with Snowbird for roundtrip transfers from the Salt Lake City airport to the resort.
Please provide your flight information on the Botany 2004 registration form, and you will be picked up at the airport when you arrive. Transfers are $44.00, per person for round trip service.


Driving to Salt Lake City....

Salt Lake City is located in northern Utah, Interstates 15 & 80 and US Highway 89 go through Salt Lake. Snowbird is 29 miles away, located in Big Cottonwood Canyon of the Wasatch Mountains.

Taking the Bus....

Grey hound service is direct to Salt Lake City from several areas. For specific fares and schedules, visit www.greyhound.com. The bus station is locate in downtown Salt Lake City at:
